“The Village of Russia will be doing its annual fall hydrant flushing on Tuesday October 9th through Friday October 12th. The hydrants will be flushed between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Residents should used caution concerning laundry if the hydrants are being flushed in their neighborhood due to possible high levels of rust in the water.
